These terms apply to all educational institutions, instructors, and students who use CampusIQ as a learning management system. By registering and using the platform, you acknowledge the current version of this agreement. The service is provided via cloud infrastructure with data centers in the EU.

CampusIQ includes learning management, performance analytics, digital examinations, and automated course administration. The platform is provided as software-as-a-service. Maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance. Availability averages 99.5 percent per year, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure.

Institutions are responsible for maintaining master data, assigning roles, and complying with data protection regulations. Access credentials must be kept confidential. Sharing accounts with third parties is not permitted. Content provided through the platform must comply with applicable copyright laws.

Liability for direct damages is limited to the contractually agreed annual amount. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss only applies in cases of intent or gross negligence. The institution is required to perform regular backups of its data. Statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

The contract runs for twelve months and automatically renews for another twelve months unless terminated in writing six weeks before the end of the term. In the event of serious violations of these terms, access may be suspended with immediate effect. The suspension will be justified in writing.

Changes to these terms of use will be communicated to contractual partners by email at least four weeks before they take effect. If the institution does not object within two weeks, the new terms are deemed accepted. The right to object will be expressly stated in the notification.
