Voices from universities and further education centers that use CampusIQ in their daily operations.

What instructors and study coordinators report

Feedback from practice – not just satisfaction, but measurable relief.

Since the introduction of CampusIQ, institutions have reported less administrative effort in exam organization and course management. The following voices show how everyday work has concretely changed.

University of Applied Sciences · Study Coordination

The automated course management saved us a good two weeks of work during the semester transition. What used to run through spreadsheets and email is now in one place and documented transparently.

University · Institute of Computer Science

What convinced me most was the performance analysis. I can see at a glance where students are struggling in a course and can adjust the exercise materials accordingly.

Further Education Center · Examination Office

Digital exams were a contentious topic for us for a long time. With CampusIQ, we have a process that is both technically stable and fair for participants. The identity verification works reliably.

Michelle Knapp Head of Examination Organization
University of Applied Sciences · Teaching Development

The implementation was easier than expected. The interfaces to our existing campus system worked smoothly, and the team provided close support during the migration.

What matters to me: The platform is not overloaded. Students find their courses, dates, and results without a long search. This noticeably reduces inquiries to our office.

Features for the digital campus

The platform combines learning management, performance analytics, and exam organization in a secure cloud environment. Instructors and students work with the same data—without media disruptions and without duplicate maintenance.

Learning management with course structure

Centrally manage courses, materials, and deadlines. Students see all content for their semester in one place, while instructors maintain lectures and exercises in just a few steps.

Noticeably reduces administrative effort per course.

Real-time performance analytics

Study progress and exam results are evaluated automatically. Early warning systems show where students need support before performance declines.

Enables targeted advising instead of blanket measures.

Digital exams with a security concept

From task creation to grade transfer: exams can be conducted with time controls, randomized questions, and identity verification. All results are documented in an audit-proof manner.

Shortens the correction cycle and creates traceable results.

Automated course administration

Room planning, enrollment, and capacity limits are interconnected. Changes to a course are immediately visible in schedules and student portals.

Avoids scheduling conflicts and manual individual notifications.

Cloud infrastructure with data protection

All data is stored in European data centers and processed in accordance with GDPR. Role-based access ensures that only authorized individuals can view exams or grades.

Meets the requirements of public educational institutions.

Interfaces to campus systems

The platform can be connected to existing university administration, library systems, and single sign-on solutions. This preserves the familiar IT landscape.

Reduces implementation risks and protects existing investments.

Binding information on the use of the platform

Clear rules for smooth campus operations

What data is processed as part of the learning platform?

The platform processes only data required for the operation of the learning environment: user profiles, course enrollments, proof of performance, and logs of examination attempts. Data is shared with third parties only if this is required by law or if you have previously given explicit consent. All data is stored on servers within Austria and handled in accordance with the GDPR requirements.

How are access rights regulated for instructors and students?

Each role has clearly defined permissions: instructors manage courses, create exams, and view the results of their own courses. Students have access to their course materials, submissions, and grades. Administrators of the educational institution can make system-wide settings but cannot make any content-related changes to exams or assessments. Rights are assigned by the respective institution and are regularly reviewed.

What technical requirements apply to participation in digital exams?

For conducting digital exams, a current browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) and a stable internet connection are required. Identity verification is carried out via the university login; additional camera monitoring is only active if the educational institution provides for this for certain exam formats. Before each exam date, a technical check is recommended, which is provided via the system.

How long are course materials and exam results stored?

Course materials remain available for the duration of the semester and for two additional semesters afterward. Exam results and proof of performance are stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods for study documents, typically ten years. After these periods expire, the data is automatically deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention obligation exists.

What support services are included in the scope of operations?

Support includes the handling of technical issues, assistance with access problems, and advice on using the administrative functions. Requests are submitted via the contact form or by email to info@edtechwa.com. The processing time is usually two business days. Services beyond this, such as individual training or software adaptations, are agreed separately.

Do the terms also apply to continuing education centers and universities of applied sciences?

Yes, the regulations mentioned here apply uniformly to universities, universities of applied sciences, and continuing education centers that use the platform under a contract. Deviating requirements of individual institutions – such as special examination regulations or data protection concepts – are recorded in an individual supplementary agreement. The platform offers appropriate configuration options for this purpose.
